Return Window & Eligibility
Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Grooming Products-Specific Non-Returnable Items
- Opened grooming products (e.g., shampoos, conditioners, lotions)
- Personal hygiene items (e.g., razors, brushes, combs)
- Custom or personalized products
- Digital goods (e.g., e-books, online courses)
- Perishable items (e.g., natural grooming products with expiration dates)
Return Condition Requirements
Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Any item returned that does not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee or may be rejected.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send back your item.
Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Defective / Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at [email protected]. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the shipping costs for the return.
