Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Please note that custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time.
Domestic Shipping Options & Timeframes
We offer the following domestic shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Next Day Shipping: 1 business day (available for orders placed before 12 PM EST)
All domestic shipments within the contiguous United States are shipped via standard or expedited methods.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please allow 7-14 business days for international deliveries. Duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.
Damaged / Lost Packages
If your package is damaged upon arrival or if it does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
Free Shipping Threshold
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50. This offer applies to shipping within the contiguous United States only.
Special Handling
Some grooming products may be fragile or require special handling. We package all items securely, but if you have specific handling requests, please contact us prior to placing your order.
